Business Transition and Succession Planning Workshops
Facilitated by a member of the SXNM Executive Team, these customizable workshops educate and train participants on the step-by-step process to successfully transition a business from one owner to the next. Participants are taught how to explain the importance of proper succession planning, recognize three types of business transitions as well as their pros and cons, identify necessary and beneficial programs and services available, and engage business and community stakeholders.
