Education is key for a proper succession plan and that is why Succession Plan Canada, SuccessionMatching, and Community Futures Capital Region have partnered on three programs for business and farm owners across Alberta.
1. Business Transition Webinar Series
The webinars are 30 minutes each and participants can access them from the privacy of their own home or office.
There are 15 sessions ranging from Legal Considerations to HR Before, During, and After the Transition.
The sessions are recorded and any business or farm owner across Alberta that signs up can have access to the webinars until March 1st, 2018.

2. Succession Planning Consultation Want to work on your succession plan? Don't worry, one of our SuccessionMatching executives will meet with you one-on-one to review your succession plan.Whether you are just beginning and require guidance, or are seeking counsel for a specific issue or previously made plan, we are here to help. All information is kept confidential and there is no cost to you. Available to the first 30 business or farm owners across Alberta. Maximum 2 hours of consultation.
3. Succession Planning for Not-For-Profits Succession Plan Canada has developed programming to assist Not-for-Profits interested in setting up a succession plan for their Executive, Board, and key staff members.
